Business Strategies for a New World

LAW The field of law ranges far and wide. From Ask Gary to corporate bigwigs, lawyers find a way to practice the art of justice. While the United States of America remains a free country, the demand for lawyers will forever remain intact. Yet, various disruptive changes occur within a field that is solely based upon one common document: the US Constitution. As politics continue to run the country on numerous levels, laws are constantly altered. Specialized lawyers can become ambiguous, while trial lawyers will forever be relevant.

The future of law rests in the hands of the people. Sometimes known as the American way of making money, lawsuits are constantly filed. At times, the field of law becomes the laughing stock of society. Such debauchery can be seen through a federal inmate filing a lawsuit against himself (he claimed that he violated his own civil rights by getting arrested), a woman suing her boss for allowing her to drive drunk, etc. The list goes on and on. While history stands on the side of a lawyer’s longevity, the future can best be told through current events. How the people are acting and reacting determines the future of law.

LawyersNo matter how people act, we must encompass the greatest aptitude to counter whatever complexities come our way. In other words, our lawyers need to be sharp. Current trends have shown the pathway into the field of law to be relatively easy depending on which route one takes. As Law Schools are becoming a dime a dozen, the very best lawyers must continue to travel through the ranks of prestigious universities, prolonging some form of respect for a widening field. America will continue to house some of the most idiotic lawsuits known to man. Let’s just hope justice will continue to be served.
